Privacy notice
This notice explains how Sprucehook handles information on sprucehook.com. It is a description of our practices, not legal advice.
What this site does
Sprucehook helps CPA firms, law firms, tax preparers, and financial advisors with CRM setup, lead pipelines, AI agents, website revamps, SEO, and AEO. This website is for businesses. It does not create user accounts, collect payments, or accept client tax returns or tax-return file uploads.
Information you send through the contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- Name
- Business name
- Phone
- Interest (from a dropdown)
- Optional message
- Optional SMS-confirmation consent
The form also includes a hidden field named "website." That field is a honeypot used only to catch bots. It is not a real data field we treat as your information.
How we use it
We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry. If you opt in, we may send a confirmation text through Twilio. If Twilio is configured, we may also send a notify text to the Sprucehook team. If texting is not configured or fails, the form falls back to opening your email app with a message addressed to info@sprucehook.com.
We do not sell personal information.
